Where is Colin from? Colin was born in Ealing, London, UK on the 18th of October 1942. He moved around to a lot of different places and now lives in Bellingen, Australia. 

Family: Colin is married. He has three daughters named Charlotte, Hannah and Alice and five grandchildren named Ella, Duncan, Ruth, Walter and Donald.

When did Colin become an author? Colin started writing and illustrating books for children in 1990, and his first book was published in March 1991. 

Interesting facts: Colin is left-handed and colour blind.
